Ideal for Programming

The Scheduler provides a visual representation of the festival's programming, with drag-and-drop controls over performance stages and times. You can easily manage specific days or stages, with dynamic color-coded performances to quickly show who and what is on. While changes in the Scheduler update the rest of the system, the software is sophisticated enough to tell you when those changes may cause issues elsewhere. You can even add in unconfirmed performances so that you can visualise potential line-ups without confusing other users.

We'll also keep a running total of how much of your entertainment budget you've spent - and if you have to pay international artists in a different currency we've got that covered too. We can fire an email off to whoever is responsible for paying artist deposits when they're due and automatically send an email to the performer/their management when they've been paid. And, of course, you've access to our ultra-clever Messenger system; so communicating with booked artists is a piece of cake!
