Perfect for Production

We've built (and rebuilt!) the technical system to ensure that you can gather the precise information that you require, then easily produce accurate and relevant reports. You can create your own technical forms (or use those we've pre-built), then allocate them to different stages and/or performance types (bands, djs, workshops, comedy, or whatever else your festival requires). You then have the choice of getting a member of your team to submit the details, or sending each performer/technical contact a unique link directly to their form. And, again, our magical Messenger system lets you instantly hassle those performers who've yet to submit their details.

We are also aware that often you are incredibly busy working on a number of different projects and seldom sitting in the same office as the rest of the team. That's why our web-based system makes the most sense - you have complete access to everything wherever you are located.
