The support, maintenance and development of the system is our sole business. When things are busiest for you, we're there to make sure everything works perfectly.
Our approach is to provide you with the system, unlimited support, secure hosting, regular back-ups and personal training, for the price of a couple of festival tickets a month. There are no hidden costs and no extra charges.
We have a sliding scale of subscription depending on the size of your event.

The (not so) Fine Print
- Hosting is with world-class company mediatemple
- Back-ups are nightly at both mediatemple and Amazon's online storage solution, and weekly at our office
-You can cancel your monthly subscription without notice, and we will welcome you back with open arms should you wish to return. Our only caveat is that if you cancel, then return before the end of your next event, you pay for the intervening month(s)
-There is a non-refundable one-off installation fee charged when you select the monthly payment option
